I can't print labels from Word.

I can print any other document Word or otherwise but labels just wont work.

I have checked and rechecked all the settings, all the paper sizes and label sizes are correct.

Everytime I send the label to the printer the printer light flashes red and then wont do anything else until it is turned off and then on again.

Please help me I'm going crazy!

What is the brand and model of printer?

With my Lexmark laser I have to press the continue button to get labels to feed.

HP LaserJet 1020

There are no buttons on the printer just an on off switch at the back and two lights one green one red

Two things I can think of here, 1 is there anyother paper feed to use for Labels or is there only the one on the front? 2 Are you using Laser Jet labels and not Ink Jet labels?
