Printing an Excel Document

I'm trying to print an excel document with the text on 1 page, but the text is to big and spreading to 2 pages, I've clicked view - page break - and ajusted the % but it makes no difference.

Any step by step instructions please?

Assuming an Excel version 2003 or previous, File > Page Setup, on the Page tab select Landscape or Portrait as desired and in Fit to: select 1 Page across and 1 page down.

Hello VoG

Thanks for the reply, I followed your advice but it's still coming out the same

It's a report I'm trying to produce with 12 colums across, and 48 rows down, I can't seem to get the 12 colums onto 1 page.

I've tried reducing zoom but the 12 coloums are still taking 2 pages.

Hmm.

Disregard the spammer above.

Check that you set all the parameters as above. It works for me.

I was trying to work out what advice that poster was giving me.

When you say parameters what do you mean? (I'm no expert on computer jargon)

By parameters I mean the print range and most importantly Fit to 1 page ...

Done it, finally

Cheers VoG
