Printing in a different colour!

Hi there,

When printing anything on my computer in black, my printer seems to smudge whatever its priniting (ie there is streaky lines across any text or lines I print)
But when prinitng in any other colours it works perfectly.

I'm going to change the black ink cartridge, but I dont have one to replace it. So as a quick fix I want to print everything in blue (coz it comes out nice and neat). I thot this would be quite simple, but when printing a webpage I can't find any options that could allow me to change the automatic colour to blue.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Any reply would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Don't think it can be done unless you save the page locally and edit it so that it is blue rather than black.

Have you tried to clean the printhead?

Have you tried changing the colour adjustment to manual, and choosing the colour you want. This can be found in your print options/preferences....TT
