Printing Address Labels

Is there a function within MS Office to enable this?

I've looked at many standalone programs (freeware and shareware) that enable this feature, and others which require twinning with a database.

Unfortunately, I'm now suffering from information overload!

If you've been there, done it and got the 't' shirt, your advice would be very welcome.

Thanks for that VoG™. It's certainly an option. I'll see what else comes in then go from there. Again, many thanks for your lightening fast response.

Cheers. db.

Depending upon what it is you want to do, there is a facility for printing labels in Word(2000). When you have a letter open, if you click on Tools/Envelopes & Labels, you have a few options in there. I also use that as well as the Avery system.

Thanks Tony. I'm trying to print out labels for various commercial reasons such as mail shots, routine business stuff (invoices and statements etc.) and even Christmas cards! I have Word 2000, so I'll have a mooch in Tools in Word to see whether it will accommodate my needs. Cheers, db.

Cheers my friend! I'm investigating the mailmerge option. It may well be the simplest answer to my problem. Thanks, db.

If you use the Avery site, ensure you use the UK division in order to download the programs for the correct size(s) of paper.

Thanks for the good advice. Cheers, db.
