I want to print my address book(OE) as it looks but even after googling for advice, I cannot print it so.

Any ideas please

Open OE and go to File menu > Export > Address Book > Highlight Text file (CSV) and click Export. Browse to Desktop and give it a title and click Save > Next > Finish. You will now find an Excel file on your desktop, which you can open and adjust the column widths so that you can then print the document.

I know we have been here before but copy/paste ,even to a spreadsheet, puts the addie info on to 3 lines and not as it really is.

Just found a way JR, open addie book/printscreen/Irfanview/edit/paste/save as desktop/open/print, and it prints as it is.

Just export and print is much easier!
