Printer Spares

  Terry Brown 11:09 04 Jan 10

I have a HP PSC 750 (Model No. C8428A)'All in one' machine, which has done excellent service, however the scanner lamp has failed, and it seems they are no longer in production.

can you suggest, where I can get a new lamp, or is it time to send it to 'silicone heaven'.

The printer part still works perfectly.

If you have an old Printer of that type laying around and is not in use, perhaps we could come to an arrangement.
Thank you

Thanks for you fast reply Wiz-king.

At $80 + P&P , it is more than I hoped.

You was correct about not being able top get the lamp seperatly, it is all built into 1 large electronic block, (I took the top off to have a look), but I was hoping, I was wrong and you could buy it seperatly.

At that price, I shall get a new scanner, which is a pity as it has been a good work horse and it very ecomonical on ink.

I shall keep this open for a while in case someone has an old one they do not use now.
