Printer sharing BT Home Hub 2

My neighbour has two Dell Windows 7 laptop using a BT home hub 2 wireless router, for his broadband connection and all works ok. He wants me to setup wireless printing on his HP wireless printer. I can get one laptop to print but not the other. He used a Netgear router untill a week ago and all was ok. Does anyone have any ideas on how to procede.

Have the required HP drivers been loaded onto the computer

Yes because it was working with the Netgear.

I have an HP wireless printer being shared by a wired desktop and and two wireless laptops through a BT Homehub installed just a month ago with no problems.

Try uninstalling the printer and reinstalling to allow Windows to reload drivers.

You could also try installing the HP software on the affected laptop, tho' I must admit I did not have to do this - once connected to the network they just found the printer as normal.
