Printer question

I'm looking to get a new printer for my folks. They don't really have any requirements and it'll just sit in it's cupboard for the vast majority of the time.

This cupboard mind is the problem. Despite it being a
"computer desk" it's been designed to look nice in it's oak and leather way rather than fitting kit into it. As such the printer needs to be no more than 400mm wide and about 270mm tall.

I've seen a Brother DCP350C, a Brother MFC235C, a Xerox 6110V_B and a Samsung CLP-315 that fit into the space (just). The last two are colour lasers but apart from a higher initial cost I don't see this as an issue, plus since they won't be buying a new one any time soon (if ever!) it might actually work out cheaper in the end.

Does anyone recommend any one in particular or indeed if there's one I've missed that will fit the space I'd be grateful of any advice.
