Printer Problem Update

Been back to PC World this morning. Told them what was wrong. No hassle. Just said I could have a new one. Didn't even try it. Accepted my word that there was a fault. None in stock at the store I visited. Didn't want another make or model as I had just bought a new set of cartridge inks.So the assistant went onto their web site and a brand new one is being sent from another store where they have several in stock. So hopefully will pick a new one up on Friday.
Can only say I have had good service from PC World. Just stated the facts in a pleasant manner and had the correct paperwork.

on friday can you give a link to (presumably) your other thread about this as it is rather confusing only having an update on something.
Or maybe you meant to add the update to your other thread and have started a new one by mistake.
