Printer not working

  Tim Dalton 19:06 17 Jun 03

Hi my Z32 has now stopped working. I plug it in and the green light doesn't come on. It uses a 30v adapter which made a spark when I plugged it into the printers socket. Do you think I have a faulty adapter or have I blown something inside the printer? The Ac adapter doesn't fit with any other electrical equipment I have, so I can't retest it.

Has anyone a spare Z32 printer ac adapter or one which you would be prepared to let me borrow? My local computer store and maplins weren't very helpful. The computer retailer I got the pc from, charges £20 just for sending it away.

Any help people?

Now's the time to buy an Epson C62, read your other thread and make a comment.

If you know of one.

Take the Adaptor in and he will use his Multimeter on it and tell you the news.

He may even do this for free, especially if he reckons you might become a customer.
