Neighbour Rings by door bell.
Hello jack he sez
My son gave me this lovely Allinone for Christmas
But I cant get it work work on my computer.

Well now - the Allinone is an Epson RX200
The computer is Win ME.
The Software of course is NT and Me is Dos
I have had a trawl around on various sites to see if a driver may exist - but so far no joy.
Any ideas?
Or will he have to get a new comnputer to match the printer

Is the printer an Epson RX200 or SX200 (as in your title)?

You should be able to download drivers from the Epson site for the RX200.

PS - I looked on the Epson site for RX200 and it came up with the SX200 ......... it has drivers for XP, which might work with ME as well, worth a try as the drivers are free, and if they don't work just uninstall them.

I will take a look at the suggested driver

The software disk supplied with the SX"00[It is SX200] simply refused to load with a message saying words to the effect 'Cant work with this computer'
So I will attempt to don load the bare driver put on a stick and see what I can do.

The Epson support pages for the SX200 refer to 98 and ME, but this link for drivers refers to All Windows:

I got to Technotiger's link (I have an Epson printer myself), but there are no drivers available it would seem.

Epson doesn't list an RX200 - perhaps you have an incorrect digit as you say you only got the All-in-One at Christmas?

Yup, looks like Stuartli's link is the business!

Stuartli link looks promising until one delves then it become a 'loop' for driver detective.
Meanwhile I discovered that with my own new Samsung colour laser- which comes with bare driver and no supplementary software the Epson 'SmartPanel 'software with my R200 and 300 actually will run with the Samsung.
So with the downloaded driver on my 'stick' and my Epson Software disk[smart panel] I will attempt a fudge on this chaps machine.
