Printed Photo's come out lined

When printing photo's using my Deskjet 930c they come out with lines across them.
Anyone have any ideas what's causing it?

Try printing with good quality paper and a slightly higher resolution to prevent banding.

I had this problem on a different printer.

Solution is to make sure you have selected the correct paper.

What weight of paper are u using.

I know if u use above 200g on a C62 epson printer it produces lines on the finished picture.

This is because the printer head touches the paper as it moves across to lay the ink down.

Check the resolution of the foto(s) you are printing. If there is a decimal in the resolution number, you will get lines across the print, at least with HP printers in the 930C series. Had this problem myself and making sure the resolution has no decimal takes care of it.
