Can anybody tell me how to use the Print Screen Button on the Keyboard.
I try to print error messages that are displayed on screen but cannot because nothing happens when I press the button.

Press the PrtScrn button. Then open Paint or similar and press CTRL + V to paste the image from the clipboard.

The image is stored on the clipboard. Open Paint or a similar program (if you use Word it will have to be open first), Edit, Paste. Then save as normal.

if you go to Windows/system 32 and look for an icon labelled clipbrd you can make a shortcut for your desktop/toolbar or whatever and view the contents of the clipboard before you send it to paint etc.

you can clear the contents as well when you have no need of an item.
