Primary Drive problem.

On booting up my computer, I get eventually (90secs) a message saying that the Primary Drive is not found. Press F1 to continue F2 to run set-up.
This only happened after a local repair shop put in my old hard drive as a second (E) drive.

Eventually, after pressing F1 the system boots up and runs fine. Any ideas?

You might need to check that the disks are in as master and slave - or at least the main disk is master and the other one is slave if on the same IDE channel.
