Preview documents without opening them Word 2007

I see that other people out there have come up against the same problem, but no one seems to have an answer.
I'm using Vista Home Premium and Microsoft Office 2007. In this version of Word it is impossibile to have a preview of a document, and so it is necessary to open them one at a time until you find the one you're looking for!!
Strangely, however, you can preview Excel files in Word and vice versa.
Does anyone know how to go about resolving this situation?

Thanks Sea Urchin. I've actually already seen that site; the comments reveal that several other people have experienced the same problem.
Seems it could be an issue that Microsoft have yet to fix. But I'd be interesting to hear if someone has found a way around it...
