The above programme has appeared in my Zone Alarm list, asking for permission to access the internet. It appears in the following folder:
C:\WINDOWS\system32
but I have no idea what it is. It says, via properties, that it was created today at 22:01 yet I have no idea how. I haven't downloaded anything nor been on dodgy sites.

I have Norton Systemworks, Zone Alarm Pro and various pop up stoppers etc, to stop unauthorised programmes getting onto my system.

Anyone any idea what this programme is and is it safe to delete it?

Have you got a game called Pyramid Squares?.

Get a hex editor and drill down to the file - if it's packed (look for UPX0 or UPX1 in the first page or two of gobbledegook) then it's almost certainly something you don't want on your system. If it's not packed, do a search for www. to see if there are any web addresses contained in the program. Here is a free hex editor click here

Alan, I don't have such a game, thanks anyway.

Skyver, how the hell do you use a hex editor? I haven't got a clue.
