Have noticed this in msconfig, searching google refers to malware however runing spysubtract, adware,ms antispyware,a2 shows nothing
is this entry safe?

file is located in doc/settings anyone any ideas?

It is a registration reminder rather than spyware.I had this on my pc after Christmas when I bought my wife a Palm palmtop pc.Giant, sorry Microsofts antispyware tool picked it up when it tried to add itself to the start-up list ...registering the product got rid of it.If you have nothing on your system that you have yet to register then you can get rid of it by deleting the powerreg directories click here or just disable it in msconfig/startup.
