I have a slide show made in PowerPoint and I am going to put it onto a few CDs for distribution to friends. some of them do have PP so I have downloaded the PP viewer (ppview97.exe) which I intend to copy along with the show onto the CD. My question is - what will a person (who doesn't have PP) have to do to watch it. I know this sounds a bit stupid but I have PP and cannot test it myself. I should think that they will have to load the viewer onto their computer and just click on the Slide show icon? Anybody please?

Just install the veiwer and then run the slide show, by click the icon. thats it.

monkon you would be safer starting a new thread, that way you will receive notifications of any answers. ppviewer 97 does work for PP 2002 but not everything is supported. click here
