Hi am tring to set up a powerpoint presentation i am planning to add a shape/animation or clipart/animation which appears on every slide apart from the first slide. Is it possible to do this easily rather than insert on each individual slide.??

I don't think that it is possible.... However, to make things easier you can do the following process...

Open up your "presentation" and go to a "slide" that you want the image to be.... Then insert the image and put it in the approperate place on the slide.... Then click onto in, so it is selected and not opening properties, and hold down "Ctrl" while you press "C".... Then select the next "slide" and then hold down "Ctrl" while pressing "V" This will insert the image in the same place on the slide that is open.... Keep repeating this (Ctrl + V) until all your slides have the image....
