PowerPoint mpeg volume problem

  Chris the Ancient 17:21 29 Jan 10

Running PowerPoint 2002 on Win XP.

I have a PP presentation which includes quite a few mpeg clips in it. Just one of the clips is VERY quiet compared to the rest. Is there a way of adjusting the volume to make it a bit louder? I can't find anything on the individual slide, in design view, that allows volume adjustment.

I looked at the clip in Movie Maker and found it's about 40 'sub-clips'! I tried making individual increases to each of the audio bits in each sub-clip and ended up with no sound at all!

I'm now stuck.
