Hi,

I have many Power Point Presentations from college, each slide as you know is full screen.

I would like to have from 4 to 8 slides on one A4 piece of paper, saves ink and paper.
I know the basics on crating a PPP,but am not sure on how to do the above.

Any advice please?.

Cheers

If you open the presentation in PowerPoint and gp to File > Print Preview, iqs, there is an option there to "Print What:" with a dropdown menu from which you can choose different layouts to print, like:

Handouts 2 Slides per sheet.
Handouts 4 Slides per sheet.
Handouts 6 Slides per sheet.

Etc.

Is that what you mean?
