I have just been to PC world for a Copy of Power DVD 4.0 XP and installed it no problem, then when I come to play a DVD through it it says: Error code: FFFFFFFF - An internal error has occured.

What does this mean? I have clicked on details and it says there are no additional information on this error.

Help me please!

Thanks

I have a 5.1 Sound Kit and a compatable Audigy 2 sound card, when I go into properties for PowerDVD 4.0and click Audio tab it then has all the options greyed out even when Playing a DVD, how can I get the grey off?

Thanks

Everything in under the Audio tab is greyed out?

Even under "Audio Output" ?

Remove the DVD from the drive and open up PowerDVD then have another look.

I have done as told, but same problem. I have had a look and it says the standard version only supports some sound features and not the TruSurround, etc.

Is this correct?
