power/ aux temperature

hi, just a quick possibly stupid question, on pc wizard what is 'power/aux temp'?
layout:
cpu temp
core1
core2
mobo
POWER/AUX

graphics card

hdd 1
hdd 2

mine is 22 idle and 44 load (c)

is it the psu?

thanks
adam

adman 2,

going by the temp' readings, i'd say that it's the case temp.

ah, ok, thats the air temp inside the case?

adman 2,

yes, i'm not 100% sure, but this is certainly around the temps of most cases I have seen.

thanks for the help, i think you are correct it does make sense, any ideas where this sensor is usually sat? im guessing it cant be on the mobo as that has it's own sensor? thanks again

adman 2,

sorry I had to go out for a moment.

the temp probe for this, should be at the top of the case, presumably on or around the PSU.

i shall have a closer look, i replaced my psu a couple of weeks ago and didnt see it, maybe its in the psu hence power/ aux. thanks again for the replies.
