Possible Trojan on "San Andreas"

I did a full Ad-aware scan after the most recent definition update and it reported an infection by win32.TrojanSpy.Goldun, in a Grand Theft Auto San Andreas file.
I have made no changes or updates to the game in months and Ad-aware has never previously reported a problem. I assume then that the last definition update is the cause of the report. I quarantined the file and then Norton system check reported that as a missing file!
I also use Mcafee anti-virus and firewall, Spybot, Spywareguard and Spywareblaster (all fully updated)and none of these has reported a problem. Is this some sort of false positive?
Any advice or comments would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Andrew
