Please Help!!!!

I just recently had a programme (C:\WINDOWS\hqnijl.exe) try repeatedly to connect and despite McAfee being told to 'block all access' it keeps on trying every 20 seconds or so. Also, when I'm not online, it still tries to connect and is immediately followed by a website trying to start an internet connection. This web address is click here.

I don't recognise any of this and can delete the file as it says it is being used.

I have ran 'Spybot S&D' and also 'Adaware' and more recently 'Spywareblaster' but it still is there. While typing this it has tried 5 times to connect. Please Help!!

Cheers guys, I ran both suggested programs and it seems to have worked. Just deleted the program that was causing it.
