Possible threat from iExplorer?

After running Hitman Pro 3.5 (free, which did a wonderful job of finding malware), I noticed an icon 'iExplorer; on my Desktop. I thought this was a shortcut to IE, but I am not sure whether I should just delete it. Running Hitman again, it reported this WAS a potential threat, so I deleted it in the programme. As I stated, I am left with the icon. Should I delete this as well? geedad

Yes, I have not experienced the iExplorer bug but have heard of it.
