The R220 is a good dedicated photo printer, but doesnt use Ultra-bright ink,so pics may not be so vibrant as the C86

I have the Photo R300 printer which has the 6 ink cartridges. I also use an older Photo 890 as well for general printing tasks, this becomes very economical because I buy compatables from 7dayshop.com in Jersey. The R300 are at £2.99 each and I get 10 black and 10 colour for the 890 at £9.99 and £7.99.
Try using an older printer for printing documents and and a Photo printer for the better quality work and best photos.
7dayshop are doing C86 compatables for £2.49 Black and £2.99 Colour. No VAT is paid on orders less than £18. My Son still uses the Stylus 760 for his Uni work and this is still running fine, on compatables, and a little bit of TLC. Hope that this is of help.
