Possible Memory Problem

Have been getting the following message on shutting down...KService.exe. The instruction at 0x10003d55 refernced memory at 0x161feec. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program". The machine then switches off. KService would appear to be the BBCi Player Delivery Manager ( I think!). I have run Memtest86 for several hours and passes and no errors are shown up in respect of my memory modules. This is not a huge problem, but does anyone have any info, advice, solution etc..

personally i don't think this is a memory issue. try reinstalling the iplayer and it possibly will get rid of the message. it more annoying than than it is problematic

as harps1h
try uninstalling the bbci download manager, run ccleaner.
Check all windows updates are up to date in particular net framework and assoaciated service packs,re install bbci and see if the problem is fixed.
