I have recently installed ADS adware remover,and have done several scans but i am still getting these annoying popups.These popups are always the same, ie' adult friendfinder,flash games, free laptops,etc.My spyware does not seem to remove any of this or what is causing it.Any idea's.

Tou could try installing the google toolbar, which includes a built in pop up blocker. The toolbar is free.

If you are running IE, click on tools,pop up blocker, settings, and set to level you require.

These may be the "Messenger" popups.

If you have XP and SP2, you can use the pop-up blocker from Tools>Options>Privacy tab; there's also a very effective pop-up blocker from the Web Features tab if you use Firefox.

I think the popups might be something to do with active x, ijust had a popup but it would not open but still appeared on screen.
