The are the receive and send portions of your e-mail program through your ISP.

You will need to obtain the POP3 and SMTP addresses from your ISP's website and enter them into the Connections tab of Outlook Express (Tools>Internet Options>Connections).

The information will be in the Help or Support section of the BT Yahoo website.

The addresses will be on the lines of pop.btyahoo.com/pop3.btyahoo.co.uk/smtp.btyahoo.com or whatever is used by the company.

found the correct incoming & outgoing mail servers but when I click on 'test account settings' it establishes a network connection ok, finds incoming & outgoing mail servers ok and logs onto the incoming mail server ok (all have green ticks) but when it comes to send a test email message I get a red cross and it says failed and 'unable to send test message. Please verify the Email address field' but the email address is defo correct. Please help :0(
