Jim,whats the address thats giving you the 403 ?

  skidzy 10:56 26 Feb 09

Does this happen in Firefox ?

There seems to be 2 reasons why this is happening that i could find;

1) Is to clear your cache , In IE , Tools / Internet Options / General / Browsing History delete everything.

2) Your dns needs flushing ,

Start / run and type cmd and enter,now type

ipconfig /flushdns

And enter,now reboot the computer.

Run ccleaner click here

Never seen that before but quite a bit over the net about it.

It does seem like a cache problem,follow these through and reboot,if still no joy ..post back click here

If you have a Google toolbar installed,uninstall this via add and remove programs.

Xp or Vista Jim ?
