in the bios you have an option let the bios determin what operates or if you have a plug and play operating system you can change it to let the o/s run things. whats the best option to choose.i have xp home.thanks.

Set it as "plug and play" and let your OS determine what happens - this is best unless you are having any problems.

thanks i,m not having any problems i noticed it after setting up a pc i was doing for my daughter,i was going through the m/b manual to see things were set up ok and i wasn,t sure which way to select it.thankyou for your response.
