Please recommend a reliable Modem

Could anybody recommend a broadband modem which can handle large amounts of data or connections
I have at the moment a netgear DM602 with the latest firmware, but it keeps crashing and locking up, after a few hours trying to pull in files from P2P networks or graphic files from clients.
Is anybody using a modem that is better than Netgear?

US Robotics Sureconnect, USB cable or wireless versions. Had my USR9000 for almost two years now and no problems. Good website, have a look.

If by connections you mean the number open, then I have not had any problems, but then I only tend to have three or so max. It may be a limitation elsewhere that is causing your problems.
