Please help rookie mistake here

Ok i don't profess to being a computer genious so please don't laugh but I have a minor yet annoying problem. I have alot of music on my computer and I have seperated it all into different catergories anyway on one of my folders containing roughly 150 songs I selected all ym songs to add to my playing list when I noticed one song was wrongly named. So i clicked on rename and accidentaly renamed all of the songs in that folder as the same name and unfortunately the undo button only gave me nine songs names back. So what i want to know is if anyone has a way of restoring my settings without resorting to resetting the computer to previous days settings.
If you can help thankyou

Whoops! Do as little as possible on your PC - files may be overwritten. Use click here and run it from a different drive (floppy, pen drive, external HDD etc).

If they were correctly tagged MP3 files, try MP3Tag's rename functions click here
