Sorry bothering you have been sat at pc all day and its no better than when l started.
Two weeks ago downloaded zone security but it wouldn't let me do anything even though settings were low ,it was a trial, so got rid of it.
Did the worst thing downloaded aol new anti spyware it was blocking everything l downloaded including zone alarm 6 times today, used zone for years and had no problems till now.
Looked back on messages and someone called Wully said to download a earlier vesian of zone which l did, saved it then openend and a screen with publisher called Checkpoint software came on then a few small screens shoot on and off and still have not got zone alarm.
Lost £600 last january so am realy worried as all thats on is AVG please can someone help.

Can you/have you uninstalled AOL Anti spyware?
Did you uninstall Zone Alarm before trying to install previous version. Normal convention is that older versions should not install over the top of newer versions. Try uninstalling Zone Alarm completely, rebooting and then installing version which you wish to run. If you have problems with Zone Alarm this forum click here should help you to sort things out.

Can you remove AOL anti-spyware from Control Panel/Add-Remove - there are better products for that around (free) such as Adaware, Spybot, Microsoft's one, Ewido - click here

Don't know where you're getting Checkpoint screens from, they are a big company in IT circles it appears - it's possible they provide anti-virus protection for AOL Instant Messenger.
