If you can visit that page, I suspect it's a hosts file issue. Please wipe all interfering content in your hosts file, which is generally C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts on Windows. You generally can comment out all lines except "localhost" line. Commenting out = Adding a "#" before a line. (Shell script style. Er, when did Windows start using sh? :)) Then refresh all the DNS cache and test again. You can post the content of your hosts file here for further diagnostics, as well. Trying other DNS servers, like Google Public DNS or OpenDNS may as well help.
