couple of schools of thought for me anyway..

extra value case fans, asking for trouble, buy some that will stand the test of time,don't buy just cos they light up...

PSU not nearly big enough...

The PSU is not big enough. A Minimum of 550Watt! never skimp on the PSU.
Personally I was a fan of AMD but have lost faith and moved over to Intel, especially as they boot and install straight into Windows without the messing about of SATA Drivers and hit the F6 etc.

You didn't mention which Windows XP or Vista ?

Also I would consider Crucial Balistix memory.

if you intend to use this PC for just general stuff
then you might get away with it, gaming definitely not....

i would expect to pay more for just a good PSU alone ...
I can understand if you have to stick to a tight budget but shop around a bit more it might save you money in the long run...
