Playing Heroes downloaded using Bittorrent

I've succesfully downloaded a single episode of Heroes using Bittorrent, and now I'm confuuuused :S

It appears to have downloaded as around 20 separate files which have lots of dots in the name and and in .01, .02 etc - so there is no .avi or .wmv at the end of the separate file names. It then has two other files which end in .rar and .sfv (I'm at work so .sfv may be slightly wrong).

I can't open any of the files and Windows Movie Player won't play any of them - is there something I'm completely missing here?

Any help appreciated, sorry for the newb question.

That should say and 'end' in .01, .02 etc

Aha! Yes there is a .RAR file. I will try that when I get home. Thank you :)

Ye if there is no RAR file right click on it and open it with WinRAR.
