I am trying to play DVDs using windows media player but keep getting the folowing error message

"Windows Media Player is currently unable to play DVD video
A troubleshooter is available to help you solve this problem.

Error ID = 0xC00D116A, Remedy ID = 0x00000000"

I have installed power DVD and as far as i know this should enable me to play dvds using media player.

Thanks for your help

Power DVD will let you play DVDs without Media Player.
