Playing Blue Ray DVD's

I have an Acer Aspire 6930G laptop and I can't seem to play Blue Ray DVD's since I updated to Vista SP1 (or is it 2?). Does anybody know of any free B-Ray DVD software. If not, which is the best "value for money" software on the market?

It should play Blue Ray as it says so on the spec of the computer but since downloading Vista SP1 it doesn't seem to want to play any.
Does anybody know of some decent software that will enable me to utilise the BR player? Preferably freeware but if not then I'd be happy to pay for some software. Any ideas as to what I could get?
Many thanks in advance.

Have you checked to see if there are any updated drivers for it.

You must have had a player installed before your update, can you reinstall it if you have the disc.

Have you not got Acer Arcade on the 6930g? This should enable you to play Blu-Ray videos.
