Hi,

I have created a screensaver as an exe. file & I want to offer it to visitors of my website but how do I provide a download link please?

then I FTP them to the server, put a Hyper Linked photo or text on the webpage and when some one clicks on it it offers them the option to download and save the file.

The hyper link follows this format;

click here. <site domain name> .co.uk/<folder I put the files into>/<filr name I gave to the zip file>.zip

that most web-savvy people will avoid downloading a .exe file, unless they know and trust the source.

It's one of the best ways to pick up trouble, as fourm member has already said.
