Pioneer 107 gone dead

I was using my Pioneer 107 with DVD Shrink and got an error message. I decided to reset the computer but afterwards the Pioneer was dead. I cannot find it in My Computer and it does not show up in Device Manager. I have checked that all leads are secure but it is just not working. There is a DVD disk inside but I cannot get it out. Can someone help?

Most players have a small hole just below the tray. Insert a straightened paper clip and push this should open the tray and allow you access to the disk.

Is the player showing in the BIOS and on your boot up screen?

It is not showing in the bios and I have taken it out and put it back in again. It seems completely dead
