could someone tell me what the pins are on a 1.2gb IBM laptop hard drive there are some seperate i know what they are for but i need to know what ones are the power ones it is important that i get it right

You'll need to go to ibm.com and use their Support site - their documentation is very good, but you will almost certainly need to use the reference / ID numbers on the drive itself, to be sure that you have the right component.
