can anyone plz advise, one of our users keeps getting a 'physical dump of memory' on a Win2000 laptop. funny thing is that we have tried on a few different laptops now and it keeps reappearing after a few days...

could it be his profile? or something he installed? can't be hardware as (as i said) it happens on different laptops!

ANY help would be great, thx!

Windows does this if it has or is crashing or feel it's life is threatened in a vain attemp to help the user recover data. It may be something he does with a program/program he installs/runs off the net or abuses the Pc in some way.
