photoshop query?

Thanks....I want to create a keyboard command for an action that hasn't got it's own one. I believe that you can do this in Photoshop 6 but I have typed in the search/help box:- keyboard commands or Function Keys and it doesn't give me what I am looking for...Am I making myself clear?....Cheers in advance Val

I'm not over faniliar with Photoshop but with Version 7 for example , "Actions" are similar to macros in other applications so perhaps look at the actions option under "window" in the tool bar.

Not too familiar, but I think if you look at the right hand side you may find a toolbar window with history / actions tabs. I think you can record a new action under the action tab.

If the small window is not showing I think you can get it to show from the menus. Bit vague I know, but it is there.

Further to my last. If the palette is not showing, go to

Windows>Show actions. This will bring the palette up.
