Every time my pc starts, Windows Installer trys to install "Photo Gallery". I can't recall ever loading this. Is it part of some graphics package? Cab I get rid of it?

This can happen if you have HP Imaging software loaded (usually it comes with HP's Multifunction printers). The installer is looking for the photogallery.msi file located in:

X:\setup\photogallery

where X is the letter for your CDROM drive. Just have the disk in your CDROM drive the next time you reboot.
