Not really computer related but hopefully someone can give me a quick answer.

At home our phone system uses Converse 200 telephones. Somehow, by pressing some combination of numbers, I have set "do not disturb" on the phone in my office so if anyone tries to pass a call to me, it comes up as engaged. Same with external calls - it will not ring in my office.

Does anyone happen to know the code for undoing this?

Thanks very much, Dio.

PS it's a real pain having to go next door to the sitting room when someone calls me :-)

Thanks, but it is the wrong one - that is Contour 200 which is a payphone!

Maybe we need one of them here though :-)

Having searched BT I got the 220 but that doesn't mention how to set DND. Looks like I will have to call them...

The code to cancel diverts, etc., on a normal phone is #21#.

Just realised, the 'Do not disturb' will be set on the phone system, not the phone itself. What system is it?
