I have Windows XP. I was alterted by Norton that the above virus is on my system. It could not repair, quarantine or delete. Further information form their website advised that it can be cleared if

System Restore is disabled
Definitions updated
Restarting computer in the safe mode
Running the scan and deleting the virus.

This I did, still was not able to remove it..

This Trojan is pretty nasty as it aims to "steal" banking passwords. Can anyone help me to clear it?

Location of virus-if this helps
C:\documents and Settings\my name\local settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\NMCF3DWP\dtc32_ENXP[1]

Many thanks

Unoftunately, so far Norton, Adware, Spybot have not been effective in removing the virus, any other ideas?

Thanks for your help
