Personalising Email in Outlook

Although it is possible to personalise emails in Outlook Express or Windows Mail as supplied in Vista I dont see the option to do so in Outlook (2007) other than the signature option.
Does anyone know how this can be done by say adding HTML page as deafault?

Have a look under tools -> options -> mail format. But I think html email is the work of the devil.

The answer to your question is Yes both Works and Word will load onto any Modern Windows Operating System.
