Persistant clclean.001 problems

Despite regularly using NoAdware both in normal mode and safe mode, the following three items will not be deleted.

They are very similar
"Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\clclean.001"

The other two are identical, except that the word Administrator is replaced with (a)Default User (b)John Palmer.

This obviously covers all sign-on options.

NoAdware reports that they will be deleted on re-boot, but they will not be removed, and re-appear on the next scan.

They are described as SEVERE in the NoAdware report.

Can anybody help in their permanent removal
